On calling Danny for help he arrived very quickly, he took steps to identify the problem (rats) and the access points, he also managed to sort out a much bigger previously unknown issue with our drains at the same time which could have caused very expensive problems at a later date. Danny was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. He talked us through the issue and solutions and he came back within the week to do the second part of the remedial work and he kept us updated throughout. He carried out a CCTV survey of my sewage pipes and a defect was soon evident from the footage. He fitted a rat flap on my outlet pipe to the main sewer to stop rats entering the pipes that serve my property. Danny was very knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him.
